Summary: If members of the public wish to speak about an item on the closed session agenda, a Speaker Sheet should be completed giving the number of the agenda item. The sheet should be presented to the Secretary to the Superintendent prior to the start of the meeting. Items may be addressed during Public Comments for closed session. In accordance with Education Code 35145.5, the Board cannot enter into a formal discussion or make a decision on any matter not on this agenda during this meeting. The Board may take action to refer any subject discussed in a presentation at this Board meeting to a later meeting. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.
Recommendation: The president of the Board will invite Public Comments at this time.
